Allegiance Title is a small to mid-size title insurance company. They use a commercial software product for managing their business, but the standard reports available in the product were
not sufficient for them and it does not provide native ability for creating customized reports. As a result, they were manually maintaining information in spreadsheets to overcome this limitation.
SwitchLane was selected to implement a custom reporting solution that reads directly from the product's database. We analyzed the data model along with the client to understand the data structure
and then implemented 10-15 custom reports for them.
Once the custom reports were in place (in 2015), Allegiance was able to stop using the manual spreadsheets entirely. They have been very happy with the reports and using them has made their overall
business operation more efficient.
